Part 2


The argument was raised that the original picture was isolated, and might not have come from the same rally. I contacted the young lady (who wishes to remain anonymous) that sent me the first photo, and she graciously sent this screenshot of the original gallery of images.

The flag-waver a conservative?

Some of you may have heard about or seen videos of the celebration outside the White House on Election Night, and how some crazy liberals were waving a Soviet flag. In truth, it was a hoax on the part of the Young America's Foundation, a conservative campus group. At left, note the photo of the two young men holding the flag. Next, note the profile of the one on the far left. Note especially his groups, including "Young America's Foundation at the George Washington University."

Some have wondered why, even if it was a hoax, no one confronted the flag-wavers. The simple answer is that the mood was too positive. The flag-wavers were laughed at and ignored, even when they aggressively chased after the cameras.
